RESIDENCY/TAXPAYER REQUIREMENTS - Belknap County
residents must show proof of residency in the form of a valid driver's
license listing your current Belknap County address, or a tax bill for Belknap
County address, or a tax bill for Belknap County property in excess of $100.00
when photo is taken or pass is picked up. Timeshare ownership does not meet
current residency requirement. |

AGE
REQUIREMENT - An individual's age as of 12/31/2003 will determine
eligibility for pass categories. Birth certificates are required for Buckaroo
passes. Gunstock reserves the right to require proof of age for all pass
categories. |

TRANSFER/ALTERATION OF PASSES - Season's passes are NOT
transferable. NH laws provide severe penalties for the misuse of season's
passes. Transfer/alteration or other misuse of pass will result in confiscation
and criminal prosecution. |

FORGOTTEN,
MISPLACED, OR LOST PASSES - No complimentary day tickets will be issued
for forgotten/lost passes. A discounted ($10.00) lift ticket will be issued
once, after which no further discounts will be allowed. A $25.00 replacement
fee will be charged for lost passes. |

REFUND
POLICY - Once a pass is issued, no cash refunds will be issued. Credit
towards next season's pass will be issued in the event of a proven injury or
illness. Credit on passes will be pro-rated as follows: Pre-season 90%; Before
12/31/2003 75%; Before 1/31/2004 25%; After February 1, 2004, no further credit
will be given. A $25 processing fee will be charged for each cancelled
passes. |

PHOTOS - Pass photos will be taken during the following times:
Weekends starting November 1, 2003: 10:00am-3:00pm.
Everyday
starting Monday, November 24, 2003:
Monday-Friday,
8:30am-4:00pm
Weekends, 8:00am-4:00pm,
At the start of night skiing
operations:
Mondays, 8:30am-4:00pm
Tuesday - Friday,
8:30am-7:30pm
Saturday, 8:00am-7:30pm
Sunday, 8:00am-4:00pm.
Closed
Thanksgiving and Christmas. |

WAIVER
REQUIRED - A waiver & release must be signed for each Season Pass
issued. Parents must sign a waiver for children under 18 years before the pass
is issued. |
